Never Fear Rejection
One of the most important sides of business is the ability to stomach rejection. Everybody including all successful leaders have experienced rejection. The people who say yes are the ones that give us our success. "Every property has a buyer" is our firms constant motto. We just have to plug along constantly and with patience until we find the right person. Its very difficult when a property owner keeps hearing that dreadful "not interested" from every person that views his/her property. We can change certain things, like to rearrange the property or to decorate it, or lower the price, but rejection is always there to hit us hard. MLM is the perfect business experience to learn about rejection. We learn how to make rejection a positive part of our success. We know that for every "no" we are getting closer to a "yes". In many cases people say that they are not interested and then come back in a few weeks or months. Timing is important, not everybody is at the right moment in their lives to join an MLM company. Yesterday a real estate customer who had told me he was not interested in a particular apartment phoned me and said that he wanted to view it immediately. I am waiting for a positive reply on Sunday. If his answer is negative, that's fine with me for I will work harder to find a "yes" from someone else. MLM is definitely helping me improve my skills in real estate and in life. I have never made a more positive and far reaching decision than becoming a team member in an great MLM company. I am a better person for it and my friends, relatives and associates who have come in after me know how much a wonderful opportunity that has been handed to them.
